My journey into UX began with my firsthand experience in healthcare, where I saw the importance of seamless, accessible, and efficient systems. With a background in private healthcare and intensive hospital care, I combine empathy and problem-solving to craft solutions that truly make a difference.

Experience

  • Responsible for marketing strategy, digital marketing, and user experience. Work with insight gathering, concept development, design, and testing of our digital solution. Collaborate closely with the development team and management to ensure a holistic and user-centered design process.

  • Duration: 2 weeks

    My role: Lead designer

    Led the design of a new team page for Dobee over the course of two weeks. Created a high-fidelity prototype based on initial requirements and design goals. Planned and conducted three user research sessions, analyzing feedback and synthesizing insights to identify key areas for improvement. Iterated on the design based on these findings to enhance usability and user experience.

  • Over the past six months, I've led multiple UX projects, taking full ownership of the entire design process — from user research and concept development to prototyping and testing.

    • CPR instructor with defibrillator.

    • Private nurse for a patient requiring 24/7 nursing care.

    • Annual vaccination within occupational health care.

  • Careium AS - Safety alarm operator and emergency care health professional

    Dec 2024 - present

    Providing welfare technology, including safety alarms, fall alarms, and GPS alarms. Responding to alarms, offering assistance and customer service to users. Performing emergency response and call out to users in need of acute care.

    Neurosurgical Ward, Rikshospitalet - Nurse

    Jan 23 - Oct 24

    Inpatient ward, intermediate care, and monitoring, with observation and treatment of patients with brain, neck, and spinal disorders. Each of the different wards includes a three-week training period

    Neurosurgical Ward, St. Olavs Hospital - Nurse

    Treatment of cerebral and spinal injuries and diseases. Preoperative, preparation and postoperative care.
